I’m a writer based out of Greenville, South Carolina. Right now most of my writing is for Lifehacker where I am the Weekend Editor. I also blog occasionally for Wise Bread. My day job is in the Accounts Payable department at Erwin Penland Advertising.

I met the love of my life in 2008 and we married in 2010 and I instantly gained a wife, a stepson, a dog, and our first house.

In February we made the decision to have a child together and Penelope Ravaleigh Galloway was born November 21st, 2011. Isn’t she beautiful?

Sad to say, we’ve been a little busy and don’t have an actual family portrait yet, but here is Joshua and Penny with Santa from the week before Christmas.
